Yes…that’s my avatar…and since I don’t do pics, that’s about the best you’re gonna get…And yes, I really do dress that boring…lol

To start off, I think maybe I should write a little list to tell you some things about me. This is mainly to get the “blog” rolling…haha…anyway. I was inspired for this list by this one, because I thought it was a good way to introduce yourself and let people know some things about you….so here it goes!

101 things you didn’t know you wanted to know about me:

1. I am engaged. To a man I have only been with for about 4.5 months. I am completely in love with him.
2. That man is younger than me by about 1.5 years.
3. I love cell phones! They are like crack to me, and I would buy a new one every week if I could.
4. I have lived in 4 different states over the last 6 years, but have ended up in the same zip code I lived in up until I was 18. And no, my parents aren’t here anymore. they are in one of the other 3 states.
5. I love cars. especially fast ones.
6. I love trying new/different body wash every time.
7. I have been using the same perfume since I was in high school, and I still like it.
8. I hate doing laundry.
9. I love reading. I was the kid who read during recess. For fun.
10. I hate shoe shopping. I hate clothes shopping more.
11. I hate e-bay.
12. I get really excited when I get to buy a new gadget; alarm clock, house phone, alarm for my truck. doesn’t matter. If it is electronic and new, I love it.
13. my favorite shows are Nip/Tuck, Friends, and Sex and the City, and any reality/romance/challenge show.
14. I do NOT like American Idol, Grey’s Anatomy or Lost.
15. Up until 4.5 months ago, I did not want to get married.
16. I like dogs better than cats. but since I have recently moved in with a cat, I’m beginning to change my views.
17. I am an non-practicing Catholic, but it is really important to me to get married in a Catholic church.
18. I have a rosary hanging off my rear-view mirror.
19. I hate putting on make-up, and very rarely do it.
20. I once wore flip flops through 4″ of snow in Michigan, and got very very sick.
21. I feel pretty when I have my toe nails done. No matter what the rest of me looks like.
22. I am not a girly-girl. I would rather wear T-shirts and jeans than anything else.
23. However, I love toe-rings. but cannot wear them. They hurt WAY too much.
24. I have “hammer toes” but they don’t hurt.
25. I only had 3 wisdom teeth. and got them all removed. and had dry sockets with every single one.
26. That didn’t hurt me because I’d had metal in my mouth from kindergarten all the way through my senior year of high school.
27. And even though I cursed her at the time, I thank my mom every day for my straight teeth!
28. I do not like chocolate. unless it’s cake.
29. I love walnuts, almonds and macadamia nuts. and pistachios. Hmm…I think I just like nuts. (I was trying to avoid that sentence)
30. I like possessive guys. It makes me feel cared about.
31. Even after the “Chris Gaines” fiasco, I will always love Garth Brooks, and think he’s the best artist ever.
32. I love country music.
33. My parents are my heroes.
34. I have had the same hair style since 6th grade, and don’t see myself changing it any time soon.
35. I think the people on the Real World are all idiots, but I am completely addicted to it.
36. I am a romantic, with a very strong cynical lean…
37. I have not been single since I was 16. (except for my 1st year of college)
38. I went to college for 4 years, and do not have my degree because I picked the one school in the country that has a 5 year program.
39. I hate what I went to school for, but can’t bring myself to go back to get a degree in something else.
40. The only thing I know I want to do includes cell phones.
41. I never remember to put lotion on my legs after I shave. Until about 2 hours later when it’s too late.
42. Bees and spiders will send me into uncontrollable convulsions and shrieks of fear.
43. I have never called anyone the “C” word.
44. I do not hate anyone. There are some people I don’t prefer, but I can honestly say I don’t hate anyone.
45. I do, however, LOATHE motorcycles. I will get incredibly worked up and pissed off in a discussion about them.
46. McDonald’s is my favorite fast-food place, but I never let myself go there.
47. I define fast food as somewhere with a drive-thru.
48. Because of that definition, Chipotle is my favorite “quick-food” place.
49. Togo’s is my favorite sandwich place.
50. The only thing I am addicted to is Coke (the drink, not the drug)
51. I hate writing letters or thank you notes, but I love receiving them
52. I hate talking on the phone, but am an avid texter.
53. In fact, I think I only answer the phone for my fiance, and work. Everyone else gets Voicemail.
54. I taught my parents to text so they can get ahold of me.
55. The job I liked the most was being a customer service rep in call center.
56. I was inexplicably sad when I found out I needed glasses.
57. I love leopard print. But ONLY as decoration. NOT as clothing.
58. I used to have a belly button ring. I just took it out about a month ago. I miss it.
59. I change shampoos and conditioners as often as I change my body wash.
60. I try really hard to change my loofah every month, as is recommended, and I feel really guilty when I forget.
61. I spend more money on restaurants and electronics than on anything else.
62. I hate the job I have now, but I’m good at it.
63. I have very, very few friends, but would do anything for the ones I have.
64. I learned how to type fast by using AIM in highschool.
65. I use my My Space and Facebook moods and status things to show people when I am upset with them.
66. I have never dated a guy because of his money.
67. I have dated a guy for his car.
68. I never have stamps. When I need them, I go buy a book of them, then I lose them.
69. I don’t consider Canada another country. I think they are just an extension of the US.
70. Jeffrey Deaver, Karen Robards, Nora Roberts, Laurell K. Hamilton and Linda Howard are some of my favorite authors.
71. I would read anything they wrote, but could never seem to finish the assigned reading for classes.
72. I Never did homework.
73. Other than a spelling test in 1st grade, I have never cheated on a test. (I never cheated again because I still got it wrong, and it didn’t seem worth the risk of getting caught if I wasn’t even guaranteed to get the right answer)
74. I look down on strippers.
75. I am an opinionated and judgmental person.
76. I have never watched anything on You Tube.
77. I hate the iPhone.
78. I cannot speak in slang. I have tried. I sound retarded.
79. I have gray hairs, and I’m only 24.
80. I have tons of different lighters, but don’t smoke. I light candles.
81. I collected decks of playing cards when I was younger. I still have them.
82. I have thrown up twice in my life.
83. I never played hookey in high school.
84. I love watches, but can’t wear one. I forget to put them on, and/or I lose them.
85. My favorite Disney movie is Lion King.
86. I think Angelina Jolie is gorgeous, but I don’t like her as a person for taking Brad away from Jen.
87. My fiance and my endearment for each other is Panda.
88. I have almost gotten into an accident because I was looking at a car going the other way.
89. The best feeling in the world is cuddling with someone at night and watching TV.
90. When I was young, my dad had season tickets to football, baseball, and hockey. And he took me to all of the games. Until I was 13.
91. I think I’m adopted.
92. My favorite fruit is strawberries.
93. I’m allergic to strawberries and coconut.
94. I’ve only been stung by a bee once, and it is one of the scariest experiences I’ve had.
95. I love the beach, but only at sunset/night.
96. I secretly like the Raiders. They’ve always seemed like the “bad boys” of the NFL world, and that always appealed to me. I say that I secretly like them because my Dad hated them and was a die-hard Steelers fan and would have disowned me. Seriously.
97. My fiance is a die-hard Raiders fan, which now gives me an excuse to like them.
98. I love flying and the organized chaos of an airport.
99. I hate vegetables.
100. I love fish, but don’t feel responsible enough to own them.
